CiaoTech - Gruppo PNO will join HIMSS24 to present the WARIFA project!

Both projects are dedicated to the development of innovative solutions for mining, answering to Europe’s growing need for critical raw materials. Leading companies in the sector participated in the workshop, with GREENPEG partners showing the results obtained (the project will end in October 2024) and DINAMINE coordinator introducing the objectives of the project that begun on January 1^st 2023.

CiaoTech - Gruppo PNO is glad to announce the release of the MICROORC website, developed as a strategic tool in support of the Stakeholder outreach, communication, dissemination and exploitation strategy.

The PyroCO2 Project has entered its third year of activities, and many results have been achieved by the consortium!

The workshop, which will be held at Porto University, Portugal, on the 19^th of March 2024, will bring together relevant stakeholders at industry level and representatives of neighboring EU projects to explore and discuss the latest achievements made towards the demonstration  of innovative, competitive toolsets for the exploration of buried LCT and NYF pegmatites, including three new instrumental techniques and devices: piezoelectric sensor, helicopter-complementary nose stinger magnetometer, drone-borne hyperspectral imaging system, and two new datasets for prospect scale (<50 km²) and district scale (50-500 km²) exploration.

The European Union has established several funds to directly or indirectly support and enhance the development of CCS projects across the continent. These include Horizon Europe, the Innovation Fund, the Connecting Europe Facility – Energy, the Recovery and Resilience Facility, the Just Transition Fund, InvestEU, and the LIFE Programme.

The ONCOVALUE project – “Implementing value-based oncology care at European cancer hospitals: An AI-based framework for assessing real-life effectiveness of novel cancer therapies in real-time” aims to build up data collection and processing capabilities of leading European cancer hospitals to create a high-quality clinical, quality of life, and adverse events data-sources, with the use powerful AI technologies.

CiaoTech - PNO Group and TNO Vector are hosting three interactive webinars to boost collaboration in Hubs4Circularity based on our experience with collaborative business modelling and blended finance. 

The RE-WITCH project is focused on providing cost-competitive, transformative solutions in the realm of sustainable industrial cooling and heating. This endeavor involves the demonstration of advanced thermally-driven industrial cooling technologies utilizing ADsorption and ABsorption processes powered by a carefully optimized blend of low-grade waste and renewable sources, including innovative high vacuum flat plate solar collectors. These solutions will be showcased across four demonstration sites spanning the food and beverage sectors, as well as industrial sectors where heat-to-cold solutions are not yet widely explored, such as bio-refinery and pharmaceutical industries. Additionally, the project will assess the replicability of these technologies in replication sites, potentially integrated with District Heating Networks (DHN).

C4B - Circular Bio-Based Business models to create high-value Bio-based products in integrated value chains - is committed to making rural communities thrive in Europe by developing fair and sustainable business models for farmers and foresters in the circular bioeconomy, providing financial support through Open Call to demonstrate that these new models can work in different locations. 

The DINAMINE Project is about to embark on its second year of implementation, and the first year of activities has been marked by numerous accomplishments.
