DESTINY project joined the EU Sustainable Energy Week held in Brussels (Belgium) from 17th to 21st June 2019.

Welcome to the fifth newsletter of the A4BLUE project which illustrates the progress that has been achieved in the framework of our activities.

We have prepared three explanatory videos to address different target audiences, from children and layman to experts and professionals.

On April 11th, PNO and the NANOMEMC2 partners organized the project's industrial workshop “CO2 selective membranes for carbon capture and decarbonised fuels”.

The third review project meeting for the SPIRE-project REE4EU took place on the 23th April 2019 in the CEFIC premises.

First results on the environmental foot-print and preliminary economic assessment of the REE4EU technology were presented to relevant stakeholders in the REE4EU workshop that was held in Brussels 24^th April 2019.

The article Field test of a pre-pilot scale hollow fiber facilitated transport membrane for CO₂ capture has been just accepted for publication in the prestigious journal International Journal of Greenhouse Gas Control.
