The REWIND project, started in May 2024, held its kick off meeting on May 15^th-16^th in the Valence region in Spain. The project aims at developing critical technologies for the dismantling end-of-life wind turbine blades (evaluation, advanced, cutting, etc.) and for the implementation of new methodologies for composites repurposing and recycling (catalytic pyrolysis and solvolysis) to increase circularity, open new industrial applications for end-of-life composites, and to avoid the current landfilling or incineration.

CiaoTech - PNO Group is involved in the consortium, supporting the Exploitation activities with the identification of Key Exploitable Results, Technology trend and market watch, and Assessment of possible funding sources to be used for the future scalability, commercialization, and deployment.
