The PYROCO2 project is glad to invite you to its Exploitation Workshop, to be held next November 8th, 2023, from 2 to 5 PM (CET) in Rimini (Italy) in the frame of the ECOMONDO Fair & Exhibition.
PYROCO2 addresses the Green Deal call topic LC-GD-3-1-2020 - Closing the industrial carbon cycle to combat climate change - Industrial feasibility of catalytic routes for sustainable alternatives to fossil resources, and it will demonstrate the scalability and economic viability of carbon capture and utilization (CCU) using the innovative PYROCO2 bioprocess. The project aim is to produce climate-positive acetone out of industrial CO2 and renewable electricity derived hydrogen, as a platform for manufacturing chemicals and materials with a negative carbon footprint.
CiaoTech (PNO Group) - partner leader of the Exploitation and Dissemination activities, will coordinate the workshop, that will take place both on site and online, during which representatives from the consortium will interact with the attendees to present and explore all the achievements made towards the demonstration of sustainable value creation from industrial CO2.
The program will be also enriched with presentations by the PYROCO2 EU related initiatives: the workshop will be therefore a unique opportunity of networking and knowledge sharing. Meet our speakers at the following link.
