The ONCOVALUE project – “Implementing value-based oncology care at European cancer hospitals: An AI-based framework for assessing real-life effectiveness of novel cancer therapies in real-time” aims to build up data collection and processing capabilities of leading European cancer hospitals to create a high-quality clinical, quality of life, and adverse events data-sources, with the use powerful AI technologies.

In the project's first year of implementation, partners achieved initial milestones in case selection and clinical data, federated data management analysis, establishment of the ethics committee, AI-based tools for diagnostic imaging and free text, and dissemination efforts.
