The MICROORC Project consortium gathered in Copenhagen, Denmark, for the project's first General Assembly!

Hosted by the University of Copenhagen, the consortium—represented by 50 participants—had fruitful discussions, idea exchanges, and comparisons of the results achieved so far toward developing sustainable solutions to reduce and prevent food spoilage and food waste.

Simona Mincione presented to the consortium the work carried out by CiaoTech - Gruppo PNO since the beginning of the project, focusing on the results achieved through the implemented Exploitation and Dissemination strategies aimed at maximizing the visibility of MICROORC and its results.
