<p><strong>The European Commission has launched a call in the framework of the Lifelong Learning programme. The budget of LLP is amounts to € 3.8 million. The deadline is October 1, 2012. </strong></p> <p>The general objective of the Lifelong Learning Programme is to contribute to the development of the European Union as an advanced knowledge-based society, with sustainable economic development, more and better jobs and greater social cohesion. </p> <p>To ensure the quality of education in Europe LLP subsidizes international students & teaching staff mobility, cooperation projects between educational institutions and the development of education and training materials and methods. This program allows individuals in all stages of their lives to make use of learning opportunities. Educational institutions, businesses, (umbrella) organizations and governments can apply for the LLP.
