The Kick-Off Meeting of the SPOON project took place on December 10th, 2024, marking the beginning of an exciting and transformative journey. Our colleague Edgar Valverde Estrella joined online, actively contributing to the discussions and highlighting PNOSpain's pivotal role in this innovative initiative.

Funded under the HORIZON-CL6-2024-FARM2FORK-01-6 call, SPOON_EU officially began on 1st December 2024. The project employs Citizen Science methods to empower citizens to adopt healthier and more sustainable diets, putting them at the forefront of food system transformation.

PNO Innovation (Spain) is proud to lead the project’s exploitation activities, supporting partners in identifying optimal pathways for utilizing results. Additionally, we manage liaison efforts, ensuring collaboration across projects to maximize impact.
