The BREADCRUMB project hosts the webinar Relationship between food marketing standards and food waste next 15th January 2025 from 11:00-12:30hrs (CET)
The discussion will primarily focus on a series of hypotheses formulated within Work Package 1 of the project, drawing upon data collected so far. This data has been gathered through multiple methodologies, including desktop research, an extensive literature review, the creation of an inventory of food marketing standards, an EU-wide survey, and in-depth interviews.
The hypotheses will include those that are specific to the following food commodity categories – fruits and vegetables, meat, eggs, fish, and cereals.
