COgITOR project, aiming at the development of a liquid state cybernetic system prototype, has recently undergone its 2nd Review Meeting. Solid progresses have been made demonstrating for the first time the huge potential of colloids as substrates to implement reservoir computing, featuring non-local effects of quantum nature, and furthermore developing photo-thermo-chemical energy harvesting soft devices as well as multi-functional self-healing soft skins for encasing the liquid processors.
