The event focused on exchanges and debates around the new TEN-E regulation, but also the strategic technological areas for Europe’s energy transition, from hydrogen to renewables, as well as Carbon Capture and Storage, smart grid, gas, and electricity. It allowed stakeholders from all over Europe to share best practices and ideas on how to better cooperate to strengthen our energy networks, for instance through collaborative Projects of Common Interest (PCIs) and their related funding program, Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).
CiaoTech PNO supported 3 CEF-E applications this summer, and is already preparing for the 6th Union list of PCI applications to come, where consortia will be invited to present their collaborative initiatives for cross border projects on Energy.
