PNO, UNIBO and UEDIN participated as NANOMEMC2 partners to the meeting of H2020 projects working on Carbon Capture Storage and Use, Alternative Fuels and Flexible Power Plants. The meeting has been held in INEA premises, Brussels, on the 20th and 21st of September 2018 and has been a great opportunity to discuss, exchange ideas and best practices together and identify synergies. Furthermore, an overview of the Political context for H2020 Carbon capture, storage and utilization research and their desired impact on the realization of EU goals for reducing CO2 emissions was provided by Schneider Wolfgang, from the European Commission Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (DG RTD).
