The M6 meeting recently took place in Kozani (Greece), on Tuesday June 11th, 2024, thanks to the hospitality and support of the project partner CluBE.
As the project coordinator, CiaoTech – represented by our colleagues Anna Franciosini and Letizia Maestroni – organized and managed the meeting, steering the discussion and coordinating past and future work and activities to ensure the successful completion of all project results and the timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
The morning of the meeting featured a workshop with two local producers who are part of the project's case studies: Thomas Kamkoutis from Kamkoutis (wine producer) and Alexander Paraskevas from Mills Paraskevas (flour mill owner). This allowed the technical partners to start gathering information needed to carry out a consistent analysis among C4B case studies.
Following this, the WP leaders presented the activities carried out and those planned for the next 6 months, delving into project milestones, evaluating progress, and mapping out future accomplishments. Each work package has demonstrated active and effective work implementation during these first 6 months of the project, paving the way for interesting developments in the months ahead.
