The first newsletter of A4BLUE project, funded under the topic H2020- FOF-04-2016, has just been released: it focuses on the role played in the project by the nine partners involved.
A4BLUE proposes the development and evaluation of a new generation of sustainable, adaptive workplaces dealing with evolving requirements of manufacturing processes the introduction of automation mechanisms that are suitable for flexible and efficient task execution in interaction with human workers and by optimising human variability through personalised and context aware assistance capabilities as well as advanced human-machine interfaces. IK4-TEKNIKER (Spain), RWTH Aachen University (Germany), Cranfield University (UK), AIRBUS Operation SAS (France), Compañía Española de Sistemas Arenonauticos - CESA (Spain), Engineering-Ingenieria Informática SPA (Italy), Illogic srl (Italy), Ingeniería de Automatización y Robótica KOMAT SL (Spain) and CiaoTech PNO will work together to this innovative project which will last for the next 3 years.
